About Us

Spruce Grove Veterinary Clinic has been providing care for animals in the Edmonton area since 1975. Beginning as a mixed animal practice with one small animal veterinarian and one large animal veterinarian, Spruce Grove Veterinary Clinic has evolved into a 100% small animal practice with 9 doctors supported by registered veterinary technicians, receptionists and office and kennel staff. We offer general small animal medical and dental care as well as many surgical and orthopedic procedures.

The original 5000 square foot building has now grown to over 9,000 square feet designed specifically for the pet practice with 9 exams rooms, 2 treatment rooms, 3 surgeries, digital X-ray, in-house lab, dental suite, ultrasound and chemotherapy. Separate kennels room for dogs and cats, an isolation ward, kit preparation and sterilization room, discharge consultation area and laundry area round out the animal care area. A large staff room doubles as a conference room. As well, there are doctors’ offices, business office and inventory storage and receiving area. We also have a large waiting room and reception area with retail space for 4 brands of prescription diets.
