About Us
Located in the low grey building in Rotary Park at the west end of Spruce Grove - easily recognized by the vibrant mural of children - our centre is a warm, inviting place to gather. Inside, you’ll find colourful artwork, intricate beadwork, and beautifully crafted ribbon skirts. The coffee is always on, and visitors are welcome to settle into our cozy sitting area.
Indigenous Artisan Gallery
Our centre is home to a dedicated Indigenous artisan gallery, showcasing locally made beadwork, artwork, ribbon skirts, gifts, and cultural items. The collection is updated regularly, offering a vibrant and ever-changing selection of pieces created by Indigenous artists and makers from our community and surrounding areas.
Rooted in Culture. Led by Community.
We offer a wide range of Indigenous-led programming designed to honour culture, support learning, and strengthen community connections. Our space brings together Elders, Knowledge Keepers, youth, families, and allies through:
Land-based teachings
Cultural workshops in beadwork, ribbon skirt making, and traditional arts
Storytelling and seasonal gatherings
Youth programs that build identity, confidence, and connection
Community events that celebrate Indigenous worldviews and traditions
We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where people of all ages can learn, share, and grow together.
