About Us

Serving Hands Senior Care is a family-run, locally owned in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, supported, and independent in their own homes. Founded in 2016, we proudly serve seniors and families in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, and surrounding communities.

We provide dependable, compassionate in-home support across a range of needs, including Personal Care, Companionship, Respite Care, Light Housekeeping, 24-hour and overnight care, and supportive palliative care. Services are primarily delivered by regulated Health Care Aides (HCAs) and supported through Registered Nurse (RN) oversight, with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) providing care when required based on client needs and service authorization.

Serving Hands Senior Care is an approved provider under Alberta’s Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program and works closely with Alberta Health Services, Alberta Blue Cross, and community partners to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centred care. Our approach emphasizes dignity, continuity, and individualized support — particularly during complex care needs or end-of-life transitions.
