About Us

Jill Turgeon is happily married and has lived in the Parkland County area all her life. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1998 and works at One Percent Realty. She also owns Simply Irresistible Interiors since 2003. Her extensive career knowledge covers all aspects of real estate and home staging.

At One Percent Realty we believe that Sellers and Agents should have open conversations about the fees as well as the services they are paying. Our flat fee system is an open book. We also offer full-service Real Estate to all our clients.

Over the years as real estate prices rise, a percentage-based commission also rises with those prices, resulting in higher commissions being paid out, yet the service remains the same.

We charge $7,000 + $950 for disbursements for homes under the $700,000 sale price. For homes over $700,000, we charge 1% + $950.00. These disbursements are to cover the hard costs of marketing the property for you. They are an average of typical costs. Please note, commissions are negotiable and not all brokers charge the same.

Jill is a full-service Agent and will do her best to make your selling experience great! She is also a multiple RESA Award Winning Home Stager and has been staging for over 21 years. She has a warehouse of Furniture and Decor inventory, and can assist you with Staging, Color, Pre-renovation, and Walk 'n Talk consultations before listing your home.
