About Us

Hello everyone,
My name is Janet Letendre (Klassen). I'm Gramma of 3 and baker at heart. I was on Holiday Baking Championship season 6 and Big Bake Canada season 2.
I have a separate kitchen in my basement for regular baking and separate Gluten free Kitchen as well. I was diagnostic with Celiac disease in 2004 so I wanted a separate kitchen for Gluten Free.
I'm self taught and always learning.
I make crazy pieces or edible art characters etc. out of sugar, candy and chocolate. I make any custom cake you can think of or almost any flavour you can image. You love a chocolate bar lets make it into cake. yumm banana cream pie, yes lets fill your cake with it. lemon cake and raspberry no problem. Or blueberry pie filling and cream cheese, yummy
I make custom cakes for any occasion.
