The City of Spruce Grove and the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce are hosting a free in-person information session about the newly launched SMARTstart Program on Tuesday, March 4 at 414 King Street at the Community Social Development – Community Engagement Room in Spruce Grove for those that are a new business or an early-stage business owner, as well as for those that are interested in becoming a mentor.
