The GPRC has recognized that there is a severe labour and skill shortage in our region.  Along with Acheson Business Association, Bredin Centre For Career Advancement, and Enoch Nation we have organized a Career Fair.

This is an opportunity to facilitate introductions and meet and match-up many potential employers with job seekers.

Employers can purchase a booth and there will be semi-private space to conduct on-the-spot interviews.  Job seekers will have the opportunity to receive assistance on building their resume with Bredin Centre For Career Advancement staff members.

What a booth space includes for employers:

• Two 6' tables
• 2 chairs (more will be available if you need, or you can remove them from your space)
• Space for a pull-up banner
• Hotel public wi-fi

The space does not include power.

If you're not able to commit to a booth for the full day, we have added a meet and greet before the start of the Career Fair from 10:30 - 12:00 where employers can network with each other as well as the partners of this event. This is an opportunity to learn what the Acheson Business Association, Bredin Centre Career for Advancement, Enoch Training and Dvelopment, and the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber, offers. Refreshments will be available. Tickets for only this portion of the day are $20 + GST. If you register for a booth, you don't have to also register for the meet and greet.  THIS IS ONLY OPEN TO EMPLOYERS, AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR JOB SEEKERS.
